Recently there has been some confusion with my policy for No shows and Late Cancellations. Going forward, this is the protocol for these issues: As an independent practitioner, I must limit the amount of no shows and late cancellations. I have a waiting list for appointments, and while I empathize with situations and try to be accommodating, I have an obligation to my business and to other clients. After more than 1 no show or late cancellation, clients will no longer be given a scheduled appointment. They will need to call each day to determine if there is availability to be seen that day. Clients may be charged for no shows or late cancellations.
